Rubber S.A., having as main activity the production of technical rubber parts, was founded in February 1997, by the initiative of the three principal shareholders:
Rodu
Gheorghe
Negrilescu
Ion
Radu
Dumitru
At first, the company produced and sold rubber compounds.
Later, the share capital has
enabled the start of production of parts made by compression, transfer
and then plasticizing-injection technology.
The
company has attached great importance streamlining and optimizing its
business from the beginning, starting by importing quality raw
materials, from countries and from traditional companies in the field (BAYER, WALKER - Germany,
DuPont - SUA, DSM - Netherlands, Kreiburg - Austria)
and the latest technologies and equipment (Italy,
France import). This attitude has begun to bear fruit in 1998, starting
of export activity is done with partners in Hungary, now having
customers that include brand suppliers of rubber molded
components for the global car industry and transportation.
The major investments made in 2005,particularly in
upgrading technology, equipment and production areas, by redistributing
full net profit and attracting outside funding sources, Ronera has achieved one of the objectives:
to become the largest domestic manufacturer of rubber products made by injection-plasticizing.
